Great dental office! The staff is wonderful. The person that cleaned my teeth was very caring. She gave me numbing gel to get me through the cleaning. The dentist he seemed very nice. Looked at my teeth he said I was good. I only have one flaw on lower left side tooth on side will get taken care if nxt visit. Very good for not going in 2 years. Will go back after that for another cleaning in 3 months than will be good.

I visit Dr. Ford at Legends Family Dental every six months for dental cleanings and Botox treatment to help alleviate my TMJ discomfort, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From my first visit, the staff has always been incredibly welcoming, and the office itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. The Botox injections were quick and virtually painless, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. My TMJ pain has significantly improved, and I’ve noticed a big difference in my jaw tension. I highly recommend Legends Family Dental to anyone looking for top-notch professionalism, expertise, and care. I’m grateful to have found such an excellent solution for my issue. I love going to Legends to get my teeth cleaned, but today was something that had me shaking my head,the dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was poking me in the lip as she was leaning over me(Now my lip is swollen) I had to tell her don’t do that again And I got nothing from her. I had to ask again did you hear me? I just don’t know why I can’t get the same person every time I go back. The person I had at my previous appointment was great.I kinda knew it was gonna be a bad day when she poked her head into the waiting room, there were only two people in the room, me and another guy,she’s calling my name and looking around as if I’m not even there SMH I’m sorry I had to leave this review. Stumbled upon this professional and friendly office when reuniting with the master dentist, Robert “Dr. Bob” Balcar, DDS. I would be negligent for not stating that Dr. Bob has performed a miracle of restorative dentistry on my choppers over the past 5 years. He’s one in a million! However, I also received a polite welcome from Dr. Matthew Ford upon arrival, which was indicative of my overall experience. The ladies running the front desk are quite personable; Vivian has proven to be a charmer. And finally, I was fortunate enough to receive the most amazing and thorough teeth cleaning from the lovely Nestina. Without a doubt, an inviting atmosphere and solid people made this transition to a new dental office easier than walking and chewing sugar-free gum at the same time. Thank you to the entire Legends team for making me feel at home.

The office staff and Dr. Ford are kind and professional. I had my teeth cleaned and an exam. The hygienist made sure I was comfortable while she worked and was not too aggressive or rough. Dr. Ford came in afterwards and did an exam. I did not have to wait in the exam chair for him.

They are a fabulous family dental practice. But I want to touch on a more specific instance, and how they always go above and beyond for their clients. Our son was suffering from some pain in his tooth, little did we know the poor guy had an abscess and infection! We needed immediate care and support, and Legends Family Dental Care came to the rescue! 10/10 would recommend dentist. Staff was wonderful, explained everything they were doing and why, and they didn’t try to push anything on me. Didn’t try to tell me how bad my tongue ring was for my teeth (I know the risks of it). The staff was pleasant and friendly with each other too, making jokes and asking each other if they need help. When I told them dental procedures gives me severe anxiety they asked if I needed any accommodations. Great sense of humor in there too.

I've been going here for years. They are up to date in their technology (which for me is huge), the customer service is excellent, the staff is very friendly. I went to another dentist to get my teeth cleaned one time and the dentist and hygienist was good but the office staff and atmosphere really made me not want to come back. So I really appreciate a good all around experience when I can find it. In addition Dr. Ford is a really honest guy with integrity and is a master of his craft. I would highly recommend coming here if you want good honest service. (Hard to find these days).
